We get a headache, when some Borders come in not wanting to learn, just wanting to "rip" the track:

" Hey bro, look, you can turn the track on 'n off  because we wanna ride man. It's a drag learning "HOW TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY". We just wanna rip it man, so let it lose... aight."

Counter edge, counter edge, counter edge, counter edge again... edge, one more again, back to the counter edge......

Over the years we have seen, that in our country there are very few of those who really know how to ride a snowboard properly.

We must mention that we have  Borders with really high level of technical ability. These are individuals who take this sport seriously, learn and improve their skills on every day basis.

Snowboard requires a focus on technique and strenuous exercise. Of course, we are talking about serious levels of knowledge. Many of our "borders" when they go to France for a ski trip take anti-depressants with a mandatory first aid kit, to help them handle the fact, that riding a snowboard is not that easy as it looks.

Many times we had a following case:

"Hi people, look, i ride a board and my girlfriend is a total rookie. She would sign up with you guys, you know, so she can at least learn something. I don't want her to hustle me when we hit the snow..."

After a few months...

"Heeeey guys. Listen, we were at Kaprun it was a blast. Look, Sanja killed the board. She was riding with me, no problems at all. First day she was a little bit scared, but afterwards, man it was crazy i'm telling you..

Soooo,  i was kinda wondering, thinking in a direction that maybe I SHOULD COME, some small technique correction, or something like that, when can i do it? "

All you need to do is tell yourself: I WANNA LEARN MORE, WANNA SHOW MY SELF HOW MUCH I REALLY KNOW...

There is no shame in coming to us and wanting to learn more, even if you are riding for a few years already. Shame is when someone on the track tells you that you suck, but when you are talking you are comparing yourself to Shaun White...

Teaching kinds on the simulator is really one of the most advanced methods of learning how to snowboard. After only 5 lessons, kids will gain a good base for further improvement  and will impress you when they transfer it to real snow and show you their comfort level and technique.
