Dear Members,

We inform you that as of 1.05.2011 a new section within  Skitrack Group will be operational - "Ski Camp".

The camp is designed for those who want to learn to ski, to improve their technique or to prepare for the upcoming competitive season.

Groups will be formed in Ski Camp depending of skill level and age categories.

The camp will run until 08.01.2011, after which we will take all interested members and their parents to Austria - Kaprun, to a seven-day ski trip.

Future competitors will be taken to a preseason training in France.

Camp activities:

1. SKI SIMULATOR:

Ski school
Designed for beginners of all ages (starting from 3 years)

Technique correction
Designed for everyone who wants to improve their technique and be more serious about skiing.

Specific training for competitors
Ideal for all trainees, as a specific form of training in the period when there are no adequate conditions for such a way of training.

2. ROLLERS:

Roller school
Designed for beginners of all ages (starting from 4 years)

Roller training
Sprint race, parallel race, cross race, marathon ( ideal way of training for competitive skiing).


3.FITNESS TRAINING:

Within the Center for skiing on a skitrack, we built a gym on two levels, where we work on fitness of our members.

-specific fitness (coordination and motor skills, agility, explosive power, "stairs" program, interval training, plyometrics, proprioception ...)

-BODY WEIGHT REDUCTION (specific programs, diets, tissue restructuring)

- REHABILITATION (prevention, post-rehabilitation, RICE procedure, detoxification, exercises and breathing techniques, massage, chiropractic, all types of stretching: PNF, isometric, static... )

- MEDITATION (general visualization, optimization of CNS, mature consciousness ...)

- NUTRITION (FIS programs, healthy food, supplements)

-ELECTRO-MUSCLE STIMULATION (Compex Mi Sport Programs)

ALL THOSE WHO, WITH THEIR TALENT WORK ETHIC AND DESIRE, SHOW US THAT THEY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT SKIING WILL BE ENROLLED INTO OUR SUPERSKI GROUP AND WILL BECOME A MEMBER OF OUR SKI CLUB AND WITH SPECIAL TREATMENT AND CARE WILL BE TURNED MORE TOWARDS COMPETITIVE SKIING.

Depending on age and level of knowledge we offer the following timeframes:

Three times a week:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (19h-20h)

Five times a week:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (19h-20h, weekend: 9h-12h)

Weekend Camp: Saturday and Sunday from 9 to 12

Through animation and specific work programs we are raising the general psycho-physical capabilities of children, directing them towards professional sports.

SUPERSKI GROUP

We will not say that only the most talented students will be enrolled into this group.

SUPERSKI group includes students who love skiing and want to train. Those who want their work to get them results.

Involves a disciplined children that will, beside the achieved results in sports, be an example to others in all areas of life (sports, school, family, etc.).

In SKITRACK club, through systematic work, we strive to profile all of our members as meritorious units of SUPERSKI group.

SKIJANJE/SNOWBOARD JE OPASAN SPORT !!!

Popunjavanjem PRISTUPNICE automatski prihvatate odgovornost od eventualnih povreda koje mozete zadobiti tokom kursa - obuke u skijanju ili snowboardu.

Ski and Snowboard klub SKITRACK ne moze snositi odgovornost ukoliko tokom obuke neko od klijenata zadobije bilo kakvu povredu jer je kako smo i u prethodnom delu teksta pomenuli, skijanje i snowboard veoma opasan sport gde su padovi veoma cesti.

Pratite instrukcije nasih instruktora tokom obuke i znatno cete smanjiti rizik od povreda prilikom odlaska na pravi sneg.
